  • We are prepared to address diversity in dietetics, and to ensure our students are fully prepared to serve diverse communities by making the following adjustments to our program:
    • Evaluating our curriculum on an ongoing basis to ensure it provides appropriate training for students regarding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
    • Incorporating cultural humility and inclusion discussions within our student groups.
    • Eliminating the requirement for the GRE exam and Graceland admission application fees to reduce financial barriers.
    • Reaching out to bachelor of science degree programs who serve minority populations and encouraging individuals from diverse backgrounds including, but not limited to, African American, Native American, Hispanic American, Asian American, and Pacific Islander to apply to our program.
